Recently the Board of P.O.U. took a resolution for a drastic change in its strategy by not firstly introducing the P.O.U.-pyramid, a promotional vehicle, but to immediately implement an educational center(e.c.c.) in Icarai (Brazil) as a test case.
A test case seen in the context of a phased development whereby instead of the foreseen bigger entities in places all over the world smaller e.c.c.’s will be opened in a specific region. All regional centers based on the concept of the ‘School de Campeões’.
Milestone Plan
The Icarai e.c.c. is the platform on which P.O.U. will intensively work for a period of six months. Only thorough analysis and operational checking will allow for further regional expansion.
Volume and economy of scale will be created by the inauguration of another twenty e.c.c.’s in a radius of 50 km to Icarai and this over a period of three years.
After this 'local' development P.O.U. e.c.c.'s will be spread out over all continents in the world.

Recentemente a diretoria do P.O.U. tomou uma resolução para uma drástica mudança na estratégia, não introduzindo primeiramente a pirâmide-P.O.U., um meio promocional, mas imediatamente implementando um centro educacional (e.c.c.) em Icaraí (Brazil) como um caso de teste.
O texto visto no contexto de um desenvolvimento introduzido pelo qual ao invés de grandes entidades previsíveis em lugares por todo o mundo, pequenos e.c.c. serão abertos em regiões específicas. Todos os centros regionais baseados no conceito da “Escola de Campeões”.
Plano inicial
O e.c.c. no Icaraí é a plataforma na qual o P.O.U. trabalhará intensivamente por um período de seis meses. Só através de verificação operacional e análise permitirá uma expansão regional breve.
O volume e a economia de escala será criado pela inauguração de outros vinte e.c.c. em um raio de 50 km para o Icaraí e isto por um período de três anos.
Depois deste desenvolvimento “local”, P.O.U. e.c.c será espalhado por todos os continentes no mundo.
